Finding a wellness and self-care routine that is right for you can be a minefield. Here at LondonCryo, we are all about easy, non-invasive, tried and tested treatments that we know work.

There are many ways to use our therapies to get a desired outcome, but we thought we'd give you an insight into the treatments and products we use to generally look and feel great!

We hate to be these people....actually, we don't, because it's true.

You can do all the top treatments and therapies out there, but if you aren't conscious of what you put into your body, it's (unfortunately) not going to make much of a difference. Especially alongside our detoxifying treatments, it's so important to ensure you aren't fuelling your body with an unhealthy diet. 

So, our first tip to feeling and looking great? Look after your body from the inside out!

All Things Infrared

 

There's a reason we are always talking your ear off about infrared! As a daily practice, 25 minutes in the infrared sauna or a photobiomodulation session is a no-brainer for us. Here are just a few reasons why we ensure we get our red light on at least 3 times a week:

- It energises the mitochondria in your cells....what does this mean? In short, you get an all natural energy boost.

- Red light and far-infrared is a proven mood booster. Especially whilst it's cold outside and Seasonal Affective Disorder is becoming more rife, we love using these treatments to get the spring back in our step!

- Skin health!! From acne, to wrinkles, to burns...red light therapy ensures our skin is in tip top shape.

Bodyballancer

We all suffer from a bit of bloating from time to time and when we are doing our bit to eat healthy, exercise right and treat our body to the best of the LondonCryo treatments, it can be demotivating when we are still holding on to extra water weight.

Enter, the Bodyballancer. Our favourite quick, relaxing and effective way to eliminate toxins, get rid of excess water and leave us feeling tightened and toned!

It’s essentially a massage too so what’s not to like?

Cryotherapy

3 minutes in the Cryocabin is all we need to feel ready to take on the day.

Aiming to 'freeze' 2-3 times a week, a regular Cryo routine is what we absolutely swear by to boost our energy levels, get a great nights sleep, have a constant healthy glow, give ourselves the ultimate protection against any nasty illnesses going around and give our metabolism a much needed kickstart!
