CryoCon 2025 – A Milestone Year for our Founder Maria Ensabella & LondonCryo

Next week, I’ll be heading to Dallas for my fourth CryoCon, and this year, it feels more significant than ever. CryoCon has always been a hub for innovation, industry conversations, and the future of cryotherapy and wellness , but this time, I’ll be attending with two major milestones that make it even more special.

A Published Author— More Than Three Years in the Making

For the first time, I won’t just be representing LondonCryo—I’ll also be attending as a published author! This book has been in the works for over three years, and seeing it finally come to life is an incredible feeling.

The journey began at my first CryoCon in 2022, where I met Antra Getzoff. At the time, I was deep into writing but needed expert insights. Not only did Antra agree to review it, but she also suggested something even better—co-authoring it with me. Her deep knowledge and passion for cryotherapy made her the perfect collaborator, and together, we created a book that dives into the science, benefits, and future of cryotherapy.

Now, three years later, it’s officially launched! Whether you’re a wellness enthusiast or an industry professional, we hope this book provides valuable insights into the transformative power of cryotherapy.

A Cryo Ambassador Finalist—An Unexpected Honour

As if launching a book wasn’t exciting enough, I’ve also been named a finalist for the Cryo Ambassador Award! This recognition is a huge honour, and I’m incredibly humbled to be in the running alongside industry powerhouse Gary Brecka. I listened to Gary last year at the Health Optimisation Summit in London ( a brilliant event by founder Tim Gray (@TimBioHacker )- a good friend!) and i went home that night and did my first 3 day fast which has had me hooked every since! 12 montsh later I’m named as a finalist in the same category!

The Cryo Ambassador is awarded to a Person who is an example of what it means to be an Ambassador for the Cryotherapy Industry.  To be nominated—let alone a finalist—is something I never imagined when I first started LondonCryo.

Reflecting on our journey, I see how much the industry has evolved—and how much LondonCryo has grown alongside it. What began as a mission to bring world-class cryotherapy treatments to the UK has now become a thriving community of clients, wellness enthusiasts, and professionals who truly believe in the power of this technology as well as many other modalities that LondonCryo offers to keep Londoners feeling good, so they look good and perform at. their best.

Regardless of the outcome, this nomination is already a win. It’s a testament to the incredible LondonCryo team, our loyal clients, and the passion that drives us forward every day.

Looking Ahead

CryoCon 2025 is shaping up to be an unforgettable event, filled with exciting moments—from launching my book to being recognised as a finalist for an industry award. It’ll be a whirlwind few days, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
